Orangetree Villa

Is a Greater Homes 'Gulf Breeze' model with over 2000 square feet of living space & all the modern features you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  The formal dining area & lounge are connected to a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook.

The home is fully air-conditioned & there are ceiling fans throughout.

We supply all linen & can provide a cot / crib & highchair on request.

The family room

Has 2 patio doors leading out to the pool area.  It is equipped with a large TV (with digital cable & DVR), a DVD player (there is a small selection of DVD's, but the local rental shop is only minutes away) & a PS2 games console.  In addition there is also a CD / MP3 player / radio for those of you who prefer music.

The games room

New for 2009, the games room features an 8ft x 4ft professional quality slate bed pool table & dart board.

The main master bedroom

Is furnished with a king size bed & the room has its own TV with cable & DVD player.  It has its own en-suite bathroom with WC, tub, walk-in shower & twin vanity units.  There is ample storage space with a walk-in closet situated between the bedroom & bathroom.  The master bedroom has direct access to the pool area.

The second master bedroom

Also has its own bathroom with WC, walk-in shower & vanity unit.  With access to the pool the bathroom also serves as the pool bathroom.  The bedroom has a queen size bed & has a TV, again with cable, & an integrated DVD player.

The 3rd & 4th bedrooms

These rooms share the 3rd bathroom (with WC, tub / shower & vanity unit).  Both rooms have twin beds.

The heated swimming pool & patio

Built with safety in mind.  There is a safety screen around the pool to keep our younger guests away from the water.  Whilst not intrusive this can be removed if you require.  The extended sundeck & luxurious loungers are great for soaking up the Florida sunshine.  The covered patio has 'Florida Glass' privacy screen on 2 sides (does not stop the sun from filtering through) & ceiling fans under the covered area.  Here is the perfect place to spend those lazy evenings watching the spectacular sunsets or for dining alfresco.

Tennis & Basketball courts

Are just a few minutes walk away within the estate next to a games field with football / soccer nets for the more energetic of you.  There are also 2 kiddies playgrounds on the estate.  These facilities are free & are reserved for the residents & guests of Orangetree.

Outside the estate

The major theme parks are just a 15 to 30 minute drive away with local shops, restaurants & supermarket (Wal-Mart) less than 5 minutes.  Florida's beautiful white sandy beaches on the West Coast are just 90 minutes away & Daytona, for the surfers, 2 hours to the East along I4.  A few miles to the North along Hwy 27 is Lake Louisa State Park which offers fishing, boating or just a leisurely stroll in the sun.

Golfers

Take your pick from the many local courses.  Beginner or seasoned pro, there's something for everyone.  10 minutes away is the Orange Lake Golf & Country Club with its course designed by Arnold Palmer.

We have a no smoking policy

This is not only our rule but is a state law in Florida.  In addition pets are not allowed.
